Number of Servings: 6

Ingredients

    6 medium sized red potatos, cut thinly
    One red onion, cut thinly
    Lightly salt and pepper to taste (I don't!)
    One can of reduced fat Mushroom Soup mixed with skim milk

Directions

Slice potatos and onions, place in a pammed baking dish, cover with soup. Bake slow for a period of 2 -3 hours on low heat 300.

    Very Good
    Quick to put together. Tasted good and got a compliment from my Mother-in-law. I did not have reduced fat Cream of Mushroom soup, so I use regular. - 9/11/09
