Ingredients

    2 - 6 oz bags of Mrs. Cubbison's Corn Bread Stuffin (seasoned corn bread)
    1.5 cups chopped celery
    1 cup chopped onion
    2 tbls poultry seasoning (optional)
    1 cup butter
    1.5 cup chicken stock/broth
    1 cup chopped pecans
    1 lb Jimi Dean Sausage (regular flavour)
    Pam cooking spray


Directions

Preheat oven to 350

Spray 13x9 casserole pan with Pam

Brown 1 lb of Jimi Dean sausage, crumble finely while cooking, then drain. Saute onions and celery in 2 tbls of butter til transluscent. Add poultry seasoning to saute pan and cook for one minute more. Combine stuffing and vegetables with melted butter. Toss in nuts and sausage. Stir in broth gradually, lightly blend. Place in casserole pan. Bake covered 30 min. Remove foil and cook for 15 min more.

Enjoy in small quantities!
