Calling all potato lovers! Calling all potato lovers!
Number of Servings: 6

Ingredients

    *Potato, raw, 6 large
    Sour Cream, reduced fat, 1/8 cup (remove)
    Milk, 2%, 2 tbsp
    Parsley, 2 tbsp
    Salt, 0.5 tsp
    Pepper, black, 1/8 tbsp

Directions

Cut potatoes into 1-inch cubes and place into a medium pan. Add garlic and enough water to cover the potatoes. Bring to a boil; reduce heat.

Cook 8-10 minutes or until potatoes are tender. Drain potatoes and garlic; return to sauce pan.

Mash potatoes and garlic and stir in the remaining ingredients.
