try taking a can of pumpkin and spooning in a few spoonfuls with the coolwhip, and THEN freezing.... its amazing.... put it on regular graham crackers and its like frozen pumpkin pie. - 1/13/09

I made these last night, using fat free cool whip. they taste awesome, but are really around 50 calories per 1/2 sandwich (ya know, 1 graham cracker spit in half with the cool whip in the middle) but that's really all you need to satisfy the sweet tooth. Still 1/2 the calories of a real one! - 1/16/10

Wow. Even allowing for fat free Cool whip and 2 - 2-1/2" squares of graham cracker, I got 69+ calories for a single serving. I think this is high. It is less costly than commercial, but using Cool Whip is not exactly healthy choice. I might try a different filling of real food ingredients. - 7/12/11

I am not sure about the calorie content, but I really like these. They give you a sweet without being too high calorie. They are best if you let them sit overnight so the graham cracker softens. MMmmmmm!!! Thanks for sharing this recipe!!! - 4/25/10
