    Very Good

This recipe works better if the butter is melted and the fish dipped in the butter before sprinkling it with the cayenne. Then pan fry until both sides are dark brown. - 6/2/09

    Good
The flavor was nice (if you like it very spicy) but the seasoned fish on a bare pan smoked extensively. (It's not fun to inhale a lungful of red pepper!) I agree with the poster who recommends dipping in the butter before seasoning. - 1/16/12
