Ingredients


    Shrimp, raw, 24oz
    Hunts Diced Tomatoes w/ Basil, Garlic, and Oregano, 1 can
    Corn, Frozen, 1 cup kernels
    Corn, canned, cream style, 1 cup
    Onions, raw, 1 cup, chopped
    Green Peppers , 0.5 cup, chopped
    Chicken Broth, 3 cans
    TC Instant Roux Mix, 1.5cups

Directions

Boil shrimp and sit aside.

In medium pot mix TC Instant Roux Mix with Chicken Broth as directed on package. Bring to a boil. Remove from heat. Add additional ingredients and seasoning to taste. Stir well. Add shrimp. Return to heat and simmer on low for approximately 10 minutes. If soup thickens beyond that which is desired, add water and simmer to perfection.
