Ingredients

2 [3 oz] Pork Loin Chops
1/2 Head of Cauliflower, cut in thin slices
1 tsp dried minced Garlic
1 tsp Curry Powder
1 cup chopped onion
PAM spray
8 oz of Chicken broth
Directions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Warm dutch oven on stove top. Spray with PAM.
Quickly brown pork loin chops on each side.
Slice 1/2 head of cauliflower into thin slices. Chop the onion. Remove the chops. Add the vegetables stir well. add the chops on top of the vegetables. Sprinkle seasoning over all. Add Chicken broth.
Place in 350 degree oven for 30 minutes, or until vegetables are tender.
