Ingredients

    3.5 cups white flour
    1 tsp salt
    2.5 cups 1% milk
    6 tsp baking powder
    4 egg yolks
    1 cup Canola Oil
    4 egg whites

Directions

Mix dry ingredients in bowl.
Add eggs, oil, and milk
Stiffly beat egg whites and fold into mixture.

Makes 28 pancakes or waffles (2 per serving)
