Ingredients

1 pound of extra lean ground beef
    1 package of taco seasoning
    2 tablespoons water
    3/4 cup of cheddar cheese
1 16 ounce can of low fat refried black beans
2-8 ounce packages of crescent rolls

Directions

Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Cook ground beef in large skillet over medium heat for 10-12 minutes or until no longer pink. Stir in taco seasoning, refried beans, and water. Stir and remove skillet from heat.

Unroll 2 -8ounce packages of refrigerated crescents rolls. Separate into 16 triangles. Arrange triangles, slightly overlapping in a circle on large round pizza stone with wide ends 4 inches from edge of backing stone. Points will extend off the edge of the backing stone. Roll wide ends of dough toward center to create a 5-inch opening.

Use ice cream scooper and scoop beef/bean filling evenly over dough in a continuous circle.

Bring points of triangle up over filling and tuck under dough at center to form a ring. Filling will show.

Add salsa and sour cream to taste. Salsa and sour cream are not included in nutritional information.
