Introduction
I'm not sure why my chinese dishes are way lower in calories than the ones Spark has by default, anyway here's another of our usual chinese recipes :P We recycled some roasted chicken pieces, you can substitute whith whatever meat, shrimp, etc though. You can have it alone, accompanied with white rice and soy sauce, or if you feel fancy chau fan rice ^^ I'm not sure why my chinese dishes are way lower in calories than the ones Spark has by default, anyway here's another of our usual chinese recipes :P We recycled some roasted chicken pieces, you can substitute whith whatever meat, shrimp, etc though. Ingredients
-
-3 pieces of cooked chicken (breast, leg and wing, or thigh, leg and breast, etc...)
-1 cup chopped green (spring) onion (green part only, if you don't have green onion you can use chives)
- 8 large eggs
- Sugar to taste (4 tsp can make the trick)
- 1-2 dashes of salt
- 1-2 dashes of Aji no motto
- 1 tsp garlic powder
-1 tbsp soybean oil for the pan
Directions
Cut the chicken pieces in tiny bits, chop the green onion.
Break the eggs in a bowl and beat them lightly till it's well fluid.
Add the seasoning, then the chicken and green onion, mix lightly.
Put a pan (ideally a not too large one with some depth) on medium fire and heat the oil.
Pour the mix in the pan and switch to low fire.
After a couple of minutes turn the omelet, it shouldn't take much more than 5 mns in total to cook it. Enjoy =)
