Ingredients

    1 lb hamburger
    12 oz Jimmy Dean reduced fat pork sausage
    1/2 c diced onion
    1/2 c diced celery
    1/2 t red chile flakes (more if desired)
    2 T Cumin (powdered)
    1 T Garlic Powder
    1 T Salt
    1 t black peper
    1 can (4 oz) diced green chiles
    2 15 oz cans kidney beans, with juice
    2 15 oz cans pinto beans, with juice
    1 14.5 oz can tomatoes, diced with juice
    2 T Vinegar
    1 T Worcestershire
    2 t beef bouillon
    1 t chicken bouillon

Directions

Brown meat.
Add onion, celery, red chile, cumin, salt, peper, garlic and green chile, and simmer for 15 min.
Add beans, tomatoes and remaining ingredients.
Bring to a boil. Add water to desired consistency.

Serving size is approximately 1 cup.
