I made this over the weekend without the spinach and green beans since I didn't have them. I used low sodium soy sauce and added red pepper flakes. Yummy - 1/19/09

I plan on making this, and I too will be using the lower sodium soy :) as well as fresh veggies & spinach. Thank you for such an excellent healthy recipe! - 12/22/08

    O.K.
THIS RECIPE HAS WAY TOO MUCH SODIUM! TRY USING LO-SODIUM VEGGIES WHEN POSSIBLE! ALSO, THE SOY COMES IN LO-SODIUM. I USED BOCA CRUMBLES/ NOT CHICKEN.THIS TURNS OUT GOOD IF YOU USE CREAMED SPINACH INSTEAD OF THE RAW TOO. - 12/21/08

I prefer salty food. This certainly isn't the recipe for you if you have dietary restrictions. Thanks for the alternatives though.

P.S. did you know that typing in all caps is considered "yelling"? It's a bit jarring.
