This recipe fills a 5-Qt Crockpot. The soup is great to take to work for lunch and it freezes well!

Ingredients

    1 lb. lean ground beef
    1 envelope LIPTON, RECIPE SECRETS ONION, Mix, Dry

    Brown together in skillet and drain off any fat.
    Place in your crockpot with the following ingredients: (try to find the NO salt varieties of tomatoes if you can find them)

    1 - 2lb. bag frozen mixed vegetables
    2 - 14 1/2 oz. cans diced tomatoes
    2 - 14 1/2 oz. cans stewed tomatoes
    1 - 8 oz. can tomato sauce, no salt added
    1 cup water
    1 Tbsp sugar

    Stir everything together and cook on HIGH 6-8 hours or LOW 7-9 hours.

Directions

Serves 12 generously.
