Introduction

3/4 C Butter
1/2 C Sugar
3/4 C Brown sugar
2 Eggs
1 C pumpkin (canned or cooked)
1C Oat flour (or other whole grain)
3/4 C White flour
1/2 C Pecans, chopped
1 1/2 t Cinnamon
1 t baking soda
1/2 t salt
1/4 t nutmeg
3/4 C Butter
1/2 C Sugar

Ingredients

    Cream together wet ingredients. Sift together dry ingredients. Fold wet and dry ingredients together and fill baking pan.

Directions

Bake in 325 degree oven for 40 minutes or until done in the middle. Enjoy warm.
