Introduction

We got this from a family member, and it was the most delicious pumpkin dessert I've ever had. Not terribly healthy, but it's TOTALLY worth the calories! Number of Servings: 24

Ingredients

    29 ounce can pumpkin
    2 cups sugar
    1 can milnot (evaporated milk)
    4 eggs
    1 tsp allspice
    1 tsp cinnamon
    1 yellow cake mix
    1 cup butter melted
    1 cup chopped pecans

Directions

Mix pumpkin, sugar, milnot, eggs, allspice, and cinnamon in a large bowl.

Pour into a greased 9x13 pan.

Sprinkle yellow cake mix over the top evenly.

Sprinkle pecans over the top evenly.

Pour melted butter over the top.

Bake 1 hour at 350 degrees.

    Incredible!
    My family loves this recipe. We make it a little more diet friendly though and use fat free evaporated milk, egg beaters, and Splenda. It still tastes delicious. - 3/9/09
