This is great for Cholestrol. Be sure to drink plenty of water if you eat this. After it is cooked you can add whatever you like. Ingredients

1 cup of water
1/3 cup of Oat Bran
1/8 tsp salt (optional)
1 apple, chopped, or fruit of choice
1 tsp cinammon
Directions
Mix the oatbran, salt and cinammon in a bowl. Add the water and sir. Microwave on high for about a minute. Mix well then add the apple.
You will have to adjust the water content to make it the consistency you prefer.
