Ingredients

    1/2 large banana, cut in chunks and frozen
    1/2 cup frozen fruit (strawberries, raspberries, peaches, etc.)
    1 8 oz. container fat free yogurt
    1/2 cup orange or apple juice
    1 teaspoon splenda

Directions

Put all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.

Drink and enjoy.
