    1 egg
    1/2 cup breadcrumbs
    1 tsp salt
    2 Tbsp oil (for frying)

Directions

shred potatoes, zucchini, and onion in food processor or grater.
add egg, breadcrumbs, and salt

spoon into heated oil in frying pan until patties are done.
