Ingredients

Large Sweepotato (washed well-leave skin on)
1/4 cup of Fat Free Plain Yogurt (or Sour Cream)
1 Tablespoon of Honey (or more if prefered)
    Salt and Pepper to taste

Directions

1) Clean/scrub the sweetpotato
2) Trim off each end and any scars
3) Cut the potato into 5-6 pieces (1/2 inch each)
4) Place in steamer and steam for 20-30 minutes or until cooked but still firm (overcooking loses the nutrition). Use a fork to stick through it to test.
5) When ready to eat, place the sweetpotato pieces on plate, drizzle with the honey, and dab the yogurt (or fat free sour cream) over the top of each chunk.
6) Optional: sprinkle diced pecan chucks over the top for an additional taste and a healthy fat source from the nuts.
7) The calorie content does not include the pecans.
