Ingredients

-3 c. chopped celergy
-1 c. chopped onion
-1 c. ketchup
-1 c. barbecue sauce
-1 c. water
-2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
-2 tbsp. brown sugar
-1 tsp chili powder
-1 tsp salt
-1/2 tsp pepper
-1/2 tsp garlic powder
-4 lb boneless chuck roast
-hamburger buns (not included in calorie count)
Directions
-Combine all of the ingredients into the slow cooker except for buns and roast. Mix well then add roast.
-Cover and cook on high for 7 hours.
-Let cool, remove roast, and shred meat. Return to sauce and heat.
-Serve on buns.
