Ingredients

    1 5 oz. can of solid white tuna, packed in water
    1 hardboiled egg
    2 tbsp. sliced black olives
    1 small celery stick, chopped small
    2 tbsp. mayonnaise
    1 tsp. mustard

Directions

Mash up the boiled egg yolk with mayonnaise and mustard. Stir in the tuna (drained), chopped egg white, olives and celery. You can substitute a chopped grean onion or dill pickle if you want. You should be able to get two filling sandwiches out of this.
