Introduction

Ingredients

    Chunked Canned Chicken, 12.5 ounces
    Reduced fat sour cream, .25 cup
    Mango Chutney, 4 tbsp
    Craisins, .25 cup
    Athens Mini Fillo Shells, 22
    Curry Powder
    Salt and black pepper (to taste)

Directions

Preheat oven to 325.

Mix all ingredients except for the shells and craisins in a food processer. Chop until still textured, but well mixed. Add craisins.

Spoon into mini tarts.

Bake until warm, 5-10 minutes.

A serving is 2 tarts, makes 11 servings.
