Introduction

This is a dish I serve in winter. It is a little high in calories but a big hit with the family. This is a dish I serve in winter. It is a little high in calories but a big hit with the family.

Ingredients

2 # Pork meat, any will do
    1/2 cup BBQ sauce
1/2 cup Italian dressing, you could use the light and save some calories and it tastes the same
    1/2 cup water
    2 TBSP Brown mustard
1 # bag of baby carrots

Directions

Place all the ingredients in a large pot with lid or Dutch oven and bake at 350 degrees for about 2 hours. Check at the 1 hour mark, if it seems to be drying out add a little more water. If using ribs, the meat falls of the bones and you can cut it up or shred it. I like to cut it up and mix it with the carrots. Serve with your favorite side dish and salad.
