1/2 cup splenda
4 eggs
1 tsp baking powder

3/4 cup canola oil
Directions
Mix all ingredients and divide evenly into well greased 12 muffin pan.Bake at 350 for 15-20 minutes. Remove from pan and cool on wire rack
