    2 cups almond meal
    1/4 cup flaxseed meal
    1/2 cup splenda
    4 eggs
    1 tsp baking powder
    2 tsp unsweetened cocoa powder
    3/4 cup canola oil


Mix all ingredients and divide evenly into well greased 12 muffin pan.Bake at 350 for 15-20 minutes. Remove from pan and cool on wire rack

  • They taste a little different but a nice treat during Phase 1. I ground up 2 cups of almonds in my VitaMix to make the almond meal and it worked perfectly. - 4/28/13
