Introduction

Mix all dry ingredients together, then add the egg and the milk. Mix well. Heat a medium skillet and spray with cooking spray. Add batter ( usually i add the blueberries at that point)and cook until light brown, turn over and cook it trough. Serve with sugar free preserves.     4 tbsp Hodgson Mill Flax Seed (instead of butter)
    4 tbsp Sugar Free EZ Fiber
    pinch of salt
    pinch of Splenda
    1/2 tbsp Baking Powder
    1 egg (egg substitute)
    2 cup 8th Continent Light Soy Milk
    Cooking spray
    Optional:
    1 cup Blueberry
    1 tbsp Smucker's Sugar Free Blueberry Preserves
