Ingredients

    * 2 cups cubed fully cooked ham
    * 4 cups cubed cooked turkey
    * 1 cup shredded Cheddar cheese
    * 1 large onion, chopped
    * 2 tbsp butter
    * 1/3 cup all-purpose flour
    * 1/8 teaspoon ground mustard
    * 1/8 teaspoon ground nutmeg
    * 1 3/4 cups milk
    * TOPPING:
    * 1 cup soft bread crumbs
    * 1/2 cup shredded Cheddar cheese

Directions

Makes 8 servings

Saute ham and onion in own juices.

Layer turkey, cheese, and ham in 2 qt saucepan.

Make sauce by heating butter, mix in spices and flour. Stir in milk. Bring to boil, cook, and stir approx. 2 minutes until thickened. Pour over casserole.

Mix topping. Pour mixture over casserole. Bake at 350 for 30 minutes.
