Introduction

This is a quick and easy lunch I cooked up for myself one day. Absolutely delicious! This is a quick and easy lunch I cooked up for myself one day. Absolutely delicious!

Ingredients

    1 Turkey Hot Italian Sausage
    1 Whole Wheat Hot dog bun
    2 oz Red bell pepper cut into strips
    2 oz Green bell pepper cut into strips
    2 oz Yellow onion cut into strips
    1/4 c. Spaghetti Sauce (your choice)
    1/2 tsp. Olive Oil
    Salt and Pepper to taste

Directions

Cook sausage in a skillet on medium-low heat until almost done. Add bell peppers and onions to skillet drizzle olive oil over them and salt and pepper to taste. Toss vegetables in olive oil and cook until onions are clear and bell peppers are soft. Add sauce to vegetables and toss 'til coated and sauce is warmed. Place sauce and vegetables onto bun and sausage on top. Enjoy!
