Ingredients

    Bacon, 2 medium slices, cooked (raw product (remove)
    Swiss Cheese, 3 oz (remove)
    Onions, raw, .25 cup, chopped (remove)
    Mushrooms, canned, .25 cup (remove)
    Milk, nonfat, 2.25 cup (remove)
    *Heart Smart Bisquick (mix only), 1 cup (remove)
    Egg, fresh, 2 large (remove)

Directions

Cook bacon and allow to cool. Spray a 9" pie plate with cooking spray. Line bottom of pie plate with bacon, shreeded swiss cheese, mushrooms and onions. Beat remaining ingredients together (I use a blender) and pour into pie. Bake 30 minutes @ 400 or until set.
