Ingredients

    1/2c cooked brown rice
    1/4c soy milk or regular milk
    1/2 small banana
    4 walnuts broken into pieces
    1 tsp sugar, honey, or other sweetener
    dash of vanilla

Directions

Mix all ingredients, heat for 1 min in microwave or till heated through on stove. Can also be enjoyed cold.
