Introduction

Ingredients

    1 Thomas Light English Muffin
    1/4 cup egg substitute
    1 slice of canadian bacon
    1 slice of 2% American Cheese

Directions

Toast english muffin. While toasting spray a small plastic or other microwave-safe bowl with a small amount of cooking spray. Add egg substitute to bowl. Cook in microwave for 30 seconds. Turn egg over, place canadian bacon slice on top and cook another 30 seconds until egg is done. Once english muffin is toasted place egg and cheese on english muffin. Enjoy!

    This was really good and quick to make. I usually only have 10 mins to get my things together and run out the door. I subsituted the english muffin with a multi grain bagel. Same calories. Had it twice this week. Loved it! - 2/27/09
