Ingredients

    2 boneless skinless chicken breasts
    1 tsp extra virgin olive oil
    1 tsp minced garlic
    1/2 tsp black pepper
    1 tsp salt (or less if desired)
    2 tsp unpacked light brown sugar

Directions

Cut the chicken how ever you like. I usually dice to 1" by 1" squares. Strips or whole breast is okay too.

Put olive oil in skillet and warm. Add garlic. When garlic is slightly brown, Sprilkle salt, pepper, add chicken and cook on medium until cooked throughly.

Sprinkle the prown sugar over chicken. If chicken it cut, keep tossing the chicken until it is flavored on all sides.

If chicken is uncut, sprinkle half the brown sugar on, then flip and sprinkle the other half.

    I thought this recipe was very good . I just started a low cal, low fat, low carb, high protein diet one week ago so it has been very hard for me with cravings. This recipe did a great job calming my sweet tooth without cheating on my diet. I have also made this with 1/4 tsb low fat peanutbutter and - 5/2/11
