Ingredients

    8 boneless skinless chicken (1/2)breasts, halved
    2 beaten eggs
    1 t garlic powder
    S&P

    1 c Italian bread crumbs
    1/2 t garlic powder
    1/2 c Parmesan

    1 cube butter
    1/2 t garlic powder
    1-1/2 to 2 t chopped parsley
    juice of 2 lemons

    1 lb mushrooms

Directions

Dip breasts in egg mixture, then roll in Italian crumb mixture. Put in 9x13 pan, cover with 3/4 of the butter mixture. Bak 375, 30-35 min.

Chop mushrooms, layer on chicken, pour on remainder of butter mixture. Bake 15 min more.
