Number of Servings: 72

Ingredients

    5 eggs
    4 cups of flour
    2 cups of sugar
    1 1/2 tsp nutmeg
    5 tbs sorghum (or molasses)
    5 tbs whiskey
    1-16 ounce box golden raisins
    1 pound pecans

    Spray with Pam (or other spray) 6 small aluminum cake pans (approximately 7") Divide mixture into 6 pans. You can place 3-4 pecans on the top before baking for presentation appearance.


Directions

Place mixture into 6 small foil pans and bake at 300° for 70-minutes -
