Ingredients

    8 oz ground turkey
    1 green pepper, chopped
    1 large onion, chopped
    26 baby carrots, cut in two
    1 1/2 c broccoli florets
    1 can chicken broth - 14 oz
    1 large can whole peeled tomatoes - 28 oz
    1 jar meatless spaghetti sauce - 26 oz
    1 can cannellini beans - 15.5 oz
    1 can cut green beans (14.5 oz)
    1 can white corn (15.25 oz)
    1 T. sea salt
    1/2 tsp coarse ground black pepper
    1/2 tsp crushed red pepper
    1 tsp basil
    1 tsp paprika

Directions

Makes 16 cups of soup, about 100 calories per cup. Brown turkey with chopped onion and chopped green pepper until turkey is cooked. Add salt and spices - cook and stir 3 min over medium heat. Add liquid from tomatoes, beans and corn along with spaghetti sauce. Adjust heat so that liquid mixture starts to boil gently - add carrots and cook 8 min, add broccoli florets and cook 3 min, add tomatoes, beans and corn, heat through, stirring. Turn heat off so vegetables don't overcook.
