Introduction

Kind of like a slice of low-cal banana cream pie! Kind of like a slice of low-cal banana cream pie!

Ingredients

    1/2 banana, mashed
    1 light english muffin (like Thomas')
    1-2 tbsp fat-free cream cheese
    1-2 tsp Splenda to taste
    1-2 tsp cinnamon to taste (optional)
    1-2 tbsp sugar-free chocolate syrup (optional)

Directions

Makes one serving.
In a microwave-safe bowl, place mashed banana and cream cheese; stir.
Microwave for 30 seconds; stir and add Splenda while stirring.
Toast english muffin and place on plate; pour banana mixture over the muffins.
Top off with cinnamon, chocolate syrup, or anything you'd like!

    Very Good
    This was very good, a little runny. I added a couple of strawberries and some raisins to improve the texture and put it on toast. I doubled the recipe and I am going to try it tomorrow after the other half has chilled. - 6/25/13
