Ingredients

    Boil 2 Cups of White Rice according to package. directions. Use a sticky rice if you can . Peal and core 8 Med. sized, Granny Smith Apples . In the center of each apple evenly divide the following. 8 Tablespoons Soft unsalted Butter { you can use a margarine if you like} 1 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice, 1/4 teasp. ground gloves, 1/2 cup Splenda or [Sugar} if you like, qnd 1/2 cup Bown sugar Splenda or {reg. brown sugar} Mix and place in apple centers. Take the rice and mold around the apple, make a snowball. Place in baking dish , cover. Bake at 350* for 30 min. or til apple is tender. Makes 8 serving.
