Introduction

Something quick and easy. It's good by itself or you can use it as a side.

As for the chicken I used a small piece that was left over from the night before, so if you want you can substitute it for any left over chicken or beef. I've had it with spam for example (but the nutrition value might be different in that case).

Also with the wasabi, you can add more or none depending on your taste.

Ingredients

    1/2 cup white short grain rice
    1/4 cup chopped carrots
    1 large scallion
    1 large egg
    1.5 oz Teriyaki Chicken (pre-cooked)
    1 tbsp lite soy sauce
    1/4 tsp wasabi

Directions


Add 1-2 tbsp water to wok and throw in the chicken

Chop the carrots and scallion and add it in

Stir, add a little more water if needed, stir some more

While that's cooking, mix the lite soy sauce and the wasabi together

Add in 1 egg, stir and mix with other ingredients

When the egg is mostly solid, add in 1/2 rice and mix

When everything is mixed well, add in the soy sauce/wasabi mix and mix it
