Introduction
This is a really good way to get some veggies in and a really good pre-meal snack to lower hunger pains. Tastes great and kids love it too! Ingredients

2 Bundles of Asparagus (about 4 cups chopped)
1-2 Leeks- cleaned and chopped
6 cans 99% fat free Chicken Broth
3 Garlic Cloves
1 tbsp Olive Oil
1 teaspoon dried thyme
salt and pepper to taste
Directions
**Makes about 6-8 servings**
Cut and Clean Veggies and minch garlic. Brown garlic with table spoon of oil. add chopped leeks to garlic and oil and cook until soft. add asparagus and dried thyme and cook for an additional 5 min or when aroma is released. Add chicken broth and cook until medium heat until asparagus is tender.
In a blender or food processor, blend soup in small batches. add salt and pepper to season
