Introduction

Very good soup and is filling. Great on a cold night or you can eat it cold on a hot summer night. Very good soup and is filling. Great on a cold night or you can eat it cold on a hot summer night.
Number of Servings: 6

Ingredients

    Broccoli, frozen, 1 package (10 oz)
    Onions, raw, 1 tbsp chopped
    *Lipton Onion Mushroom Soup & Dip Mix (Dry Mix), 1.75 tbsp
    *Velveeta Cheese Product, 2 oz
    Water, tap, 6 cup (8 fl oz)
    Salt, 1 tsp
    Pepper, black, 1 dash
    Half and Half Cream, 2 tbsp

Directions

Mix all ingred. except cheese and half and half to a boil. Once broccoli is soft take a mixer and mix up the broccoli until it is creamy then slowly add in the velveeta chesse that you cut up into small pieces. Turn it down on low and let the cheese melt. Once it has melted add in the milk. It is ready to eat.

Serves 6 at 1 1/2 cups each.
