Ingredients

    1 lb carrots grated
    15 ml sugar subtitute (liquid)
    10 T oil
    1 3/4 C flour
    3 large eggs
    2 t. baking powder
    i rind of lemon grated

Directions

Mix ingredients and bake at 180 degrees C for 30 minutes
makes 16 pieces of cake
