My husband and I don't like beans but love chili. This is a great and healthy alternative and it's simple to make too. My husband and I don't like beans but love chili. This is a great and healthy alternative and it's simple to make too.

Ingredients

    2 Cans of Del Monte Zesty Chili Diced Tomatoes
    1 Small Can of Del Monte Basil Tomato Sauce
    1 1 lb. Package of Ground Chicken
    1 Package of Chili Seasoning
    1 Medium Onion, Diced

Directions

1. In a skillet, brown the chicken with the onion. Cook until chicken is done.
2. Empty the diced tomatoes, tomato sauce and chili seasoning into your crock pot.
3. Add the cooked chicken and mix until well blended.
4. Cover and let cook for 4-6 hours on low.
5. Serve and enjoy

Makes about 6 1 cup servings.
