Introduction

Great taste with less than half the fat of restaurant pasta alfredo. Great taste with less than half the fat of restaurant pasta alfredo.

Ingredients

    1/2 box pasta
    1lb shrimp, peeled and deveined
    1 jar Alfredo sauce
    1 pkg Brocolli
    4-5 tsp lowfat Parmesan cheese
    1 egg
    1/2 cup 1% milk

Directions

Boil pasta, set aside.

Sautee' shrimp until slightly pink, set aside.

Mix together alfredo sauce, milk, egg, and parmesan cheese. Bring to slight boil. Add shrimp, then brocolli. Cook for 5 minutes then add pasta. Cook on low for 10 minutes, then serve.

    I made this two nights ago and it was really good. I kept everything the same but I substitiuted the pasta for wheat egg noodles. - 1/6/10
