Ingredients

    Cappers, canned or jar, 1 tbsp
    White flour, 1 cup
    Milk, 1 cup
    water, 1 cup
    Hot sauce, 1 tsp (your favorite kind)

Directions

mix capers, flour, water and milk in a sauce pan. Bring to a boil add in hot sauce. Lower to a simmer and simmer till it is as thick as you want, add extra water if too thick.
