Introduction

Hot or cold this salmon is delicious and versatile! Hot or cold this salmon is delicious and versatile!
Number of Servings: 4

Ingredients

    4 Fresh Salmon Fillets (3 oz. each with skin)
    2 Tsp. Dried Thyme
    1 Tsp. Dried Parsley
    1 Tsp. Onion Powder
    1/2 Lemon (squeezed)
    1 Tbsp. Olive Oil
    Salt & Pepper to taste

Directions

1. Place salmon fillets (skin side down) in an oven safe dish (i cover it with foil for easy clean up).

2. Drizzle top and bottom with Olive Oil.

3. Over both fillets, squeeze the lemon juice and sprinkle evenly the thyme, parsley, onion powder, salt and pepper over both fillets.

4. Broil fish for approximately 6-8 minutes or until done as ovens vary.

*Tip - Put the lemon in the microwave for 10-15 seconds, then press and roll the lemon on the counter before cutting to release all the yummy juices!

Serve with roasted red potatoes and asparagus.
Great over salads too!
