Ingredients

    1 pound stew beef (lean)
    1 can Beef Boullion
    1 Tbl. Olive oil
    1 large potato
    4 medium carrots
    1 cup sliced celery
    .05 large onion
    .05 frozen green peas
    1 can creamed corn
    salt and pepper
    .25 teaspoon Thyme
    Cover meat and vegtables with water.

Directions

Brown meat in Olive oil, add water and broth and simmer until almost done. Add vegtables and cover with water, simmer for 1 hour.
