Ingredients

    Tuna
    White Beans (Navy Beans)
    Dill Weed
    Scallions or Spring Onion
    Celery
    Plain Yogurt (Low fat)
    Mayonnaise
    Dijon Mustard
    Wasa crispbread or Ryveta
    Sunflower Seed Kernels

Directions

In a bowl, mash tuna. Mix in beans, chopped dill, onions, sunflower seeds (hulled), mustard, mayo and yogurt. Mix until combined. Serve on crisp bread.
