Ingredients

2 Cups Dry Whole Wheat Penne – Prepare as instructed
3 Tbsp Butter or Margarine
2 Tbsp Flour
1 tsp Salt
1 tsp Pepper
1 tsp Paprika
1 Tbsp Garlic
3/4 Cup Cream
1 Cup Milk, 1 %
1 Cup Grated Mozzarella Cheese
1/2 Cup Grated Parmesan Cheese
1/4 Cup Grated American Cheese
1 lb Ham, cooked & cubed
1/3 Garlic Bread Crumbs
1/4 cup Grated Parmesan Cheese
Directions
Prepare Penne per instructions on package, set aside
Preheat oven to 400 Deg.
While Penne is cooking, melt butter in a large skillet on medium heat. Add flour and stir until mixture is smooth and bubbly. Slowly stir in cream, milk, salt, pepper, garlic and paprika. Once blended add cheeses and ham, cook and stir until cheese is melted and mixture is smooth and thick/creamy. Mix Penne pasta and Cheese/Ham mixture in an oven safe casserole dish. Top with bread crumbs and parmesan cheese. Bake at 400 Deg for 15 min. then turn oven to Broil, broil until topping is golden brown.
