Introduction

Number of Servings: 3

Ingredients

    3 cups tap water
    2 tsp Knorr Chicken Boullion (or one Knorr cube)
    1 1/2 sheets dried seaweed (nori)
    1 large egg, beaten

Directions

In a medium saucepan, bring water to boil. Stir in boullion until dissolved. Tear nori sheet into 2 in. sq. pieces and drop into boiling water. When water reaches a rolling boil, slowly pour beaten egg into water. Keep soup boiling until egg appears solid and cream-colored. Serve hot.
Makes 3 1-cup servings.

    not a fan of bullion cubes, too salty and takes too long to dissolve, for me. easier to use L/S chicken broth and cut nori into thin strips w/scissors. follow directions otherwise. add soy sauce, cooked chicken or shrimp for added flavor. now that's easy. - 6/18/17
