Introduction

This Shake is awesome. I love it so much, I drink one almost every night. This Shake is awesome. I love it so much, I drink one almost every night.
Number of Servings: 2

Ingredients

    1 1/2 cup 8th Continent Original Light Soy Milk
    1 Banana, sliced
    1/2 cup Frozen Raspberries (or Strawberries)
    1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
    8 Packet, Equal
    4-7 Ice Cubes (I use 5)

Directions

Add all ingredients to a blender.

Blend on low for 1 minute, then on high for 30 seconds.

Pour into 2 glasses and enjoy with someone you love.

Makes 2 servings.
