My standard, every night dinner salad. I don't always have pine nuts and avocado but they provide a great nuttiness along with the chick peas. The avocado does have a bit of fat but it's good fat!     2 cups Romaine Lettuce
    Handful (1/8 cup) Chickpeas
    1/4 cup Red Peppers
    Handful (6) Cucumber Slices
    Sprinkling (.5 tbsp) Pine Nuts
    Tomatoes (2 slices or a few cherry)
    Handful Shredded Carrots (1/8 cup)
    1/4 of an Avocado
